3 oz Salmon - 19 g protein

3 oz Tuna - 39 g protein

Chicken breast - 53 g protein

3 oz beef - 22 g protein

1 large egg - 6 g protein

Hemp seeds - 9.5 g protein/tablespoon

1 cup cooked Quinoa - 8 g protein

1 cup cooked Lentil - 18 g protein

Cauliflower - 2 g protein/cup

Raw broccoli - 2.6 g protein/cup
